Job Description
  • Proven experience as a recruiter
  • Finding suitable candidates based upon requirements.
  • Good communication skills 
  • Ability to understand requirements effectively 
  • Resume screening
  • Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking..
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Little experience of BPO Sector atleast 3 months to 6 months.
Payout Information: 
The company will pay you amount on per candidate selection, it depends on the profile, different companies have different payouts. If any of your candidates gets selected and as soon as he completes 30 days in any company, then your payout is ready and then your payment will be released in the next 10 to 15 days. (In some cases there might be a slight delay)
