Job Description

1. Proactively generate leads and meet potential clients through cold calling and networking.

2. Leasing out our existing commercial properties

3. Identify and pursue market opportunities to expand our business.

4.Develop strategies to maximize company revenue through new commercial opportunities.

5. Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

6. Keep management updated on market trends and business progress.

7. Stay informed about our portfolio and services to provide clients with the best options.

8. Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and landlords.

9. Visit to different different as per requirements in 3 to 4 days in week. Every week some field work and some office work.
