Job Summary 

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Growth & Operations Manager to take ownership of our detergent manufacturing startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, increasing production capacity, driving business growth, building distribution networks, improving processes, and ensuring the overall success of the business.


Key Responsibilities 

Business Growth & Development 

• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the business. 
• Identify new market opportunities, distributors, wholesalers, and B2B clients. 
• Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners. 
• Increase sales revenue and market penetration. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Production & Manufacturing Management
• Oversee the entire detergent production process.
• Ensure smooth production planning and execution.
• Improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Maintain product quality standards and compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers for raw material procurement and inventory management.

Operations Management 
• Manage daily factory and business operations. 
• Develop and implement operational processes and SOPs. 
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity. 
• Solve operational challenges and improve workflow efficiency. 
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and product dispatch.

Sales & Distribution Management 
• Create and expand the distribution network. 
• Support and guide the sales team to achieve targets. 
• Develop strategies to increase market coverage. 
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed. 

Business Planning & Financial Oversight 
• Track operational expenses and optimize costs. 
• Prepare business reports and growth plans. 
• Support management in budgeting and forecasting. 
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability.

Required Skills Business Development, Operations Management, Production Management, Sales & Distribution Management, Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, Vendor Management, Problem Solving and Communication Skills.

Preferred Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Manufacturing, or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Detergent, Chemicals, Soap, or Cleaning Products Industry.

Position Reports To: Founder / Director 
Employment Type: Full-Time 
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and performance.
