 Job Summary: 

We are currently looking to hire a Operational Manager for our organization.  The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and prior managerial experience. This role involves handling both sales management and office administration responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations and growth. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• 4-7 years of experience in a managerial role 
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication) 
• Confident in client handling and negotiations 
• Result-oriented with strong organizational abilities 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions 
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets 
• Manage and guide the sales team to ensure performance efficiency 
• Handle client coordination, meetings, and relationship management 
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports 
• Ensure proper documentation and internal workflow management 
• Coordinate between departments for smooth operations 
• Identify new business opportunities and support business development
