Profile : Data Management Executive

Location: Realply Industries Pvt. Ltd., Halalpur, Sonipat

 Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

 Budget: ₹3 LPA – ₹7 LPA

 Experience: 2 Yrs 

Role: Data Management Executive (On-site)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat. The Data Management Executive will be responsible for managing and organizing company data across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end data management across Google Sheets, Google Query, Data Studio, FMS, PMS, and other tools
  • Maintain and update internal databases and reporting dashboards
  • Manage delegation processes and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers when required
  • Provide administrative assistance and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure high attention to detail and data accuracy at all times


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong, hands-on proficiency in Google Sheets (mandatory)

Expertise in:

  • Google Query
  • Google Data Studio
  • FMS & PMS tools
  • Computer literacy and fast typing skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent data entry accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures
  • Minimum: High School Diploma; experience in a similar role preferred
